Deneen to Comment on The President's Council on Bioethics' new publication, Human Dignity and Bioethics

On Tuesday, March 18th, Tocqueville Forum Director Patrick J. Deneen will participate in a panel discussion "Human Dignity and Bioethics" on the occasion of release of The President's Council on Bioethics' newest publication, Human Dignity and Bioethics: Essays Commissioned by the President’s Council on Bioethics. The volume includes incisive essays by Daniel C. Dennett, Robert P. George, Alfonso Gómez-Lobo, Leon Kass, Gilbert Meilaender, Richard John Neuhaus, and Martha Nussbaum, among others, and is available on request from info@bioethics.gov. In addition to Professor Deneen, the all-Georgetown University panel features Tom Beauchamp, Professor of Philosophy and Senior Research Scholar of the Kennedy Institute of Ethics, and Alisa Carse, Associate Professor of Philosophy.
