Tocqueville Forum Appoints Associate Director
The Tocqueville Forum is very pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Steven J. Brust as Associate Director. Steven comes to us from The Catholic University of America where he was a Visiting Professor teaching political theory. In addition to his academic background in philosophy and politics, he has worked as an Administrative Director for the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, a Business Manager for his local parish, a Project Manager for a real estate development company, and as an intern for Crisis Magazine. As Associate Director, Steven will help plan, organize and direct the operations and events of the Tocqueville Forum, furthering its overall growth in order to fulfill its mission to educate students, alumni, faculty and interested members of the greater Washington D.C. community about the founding principles of the United States and the two main roots of American democracy, Western political philosophy and the Judeo-Christian Biblical tradition. We are glad to welcome him aboard.
