Student Research and Publications

A relatively new program at Georgetown University, the Conflict Resolution Program has already cultivated a remarkable record of student achievement. Georgetown University consistently ranks among the top-producing institutions for Boren Fellowships, and the Conflict Resolution program is often the top-producing program within the university. In 2010-2011, the program had four Boren Fellows, and Georgetown was tied for the top-producing institution.

Recent Conflict Resolution students have also written successful applications for the US State Department’s Critical Language Scholarships, and students have also had success in receiving funding through Rotary International and university fellowships. The program also has an excellent track record of preparing students for doctoral study in the field; recent alumni are enrolled in top programs across the country.

Furthermore, many students have had articles or books published while enrolled in the program, either independently or as part of faculty collaborations.
