Procedures for Tenure and Promotion
All potential applicants for tenure and promotion should consult the Faculty Handbook, Guidelines for Submission of Applications to the University Committee on Rank and Tenure, and Memo: Preparing Tenure and Promotion Cases. These materials are available on the Faculty Senate web page: http://facultysenate.georgetown.edu/. In addition, all potential applicants should review the Department of Government Guidelines for the Review of Faculty for Tenure and Promotion (2006).
