Professor and Vice Dean Elena Silva is a neurobiologist and a leading advocate for diversity and inclusion on the Georgetown campus.

Desha Girod is Associate Professor and Director of the M.A. in Conflict Resolution in the Department of Government at Georgetown University. She is also affiliated with the African Studies Program and the Center for Latin American Studies in Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service.
