The Graduate School has broken out the Student Petition for Change to Program into five different forms:
- Transfer Credit and Advanced Standing
- Leave of Absence
- Extension of Time
- Program Change (transferring between programs within a department)
- Master’s in Passing or Terminal Master’s

Conference Travel
Graduate Student Conference Travel Funding Request Form
Students should review the department’s Graduate Student Conference Travel Funding Policy before submitting a request. The request form and its required attachments must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the beginning of the conference a student wishes to attend.
This is a general calendar of application dates for Departmental fellowships and awards. Please note that the specific due dates are subject to change and may vary year to year.
