Graduate Student Conference Travel
Students should review the department’s Graduate Student Conference Travel Funding Policy before submitting a request. The request form and its required attachments must be submitted at least two weeks in advance of the beginning of the conference a student wishes to attend.
Reading and Research Tutorial Request Form
Students are not allowed to complete this form or write the course description – this should come from the instructor. Furthermore, only the instructor or other authorized person, such as a DGS, is allowed to submit the form.
Dissertation Defense Materials
There are important materials we must gather before and after your defense. Signatures can be collected in person or via DocuSign.
